Training within the "Developing Teaching and Leadership Competencies for USF Training Center Instructors" course

The key factor in the effectiveness of the Unmanned Systems Forces is people: well-trained, motivated, and high-quality equipped. In this regard, the USF Training Center is one of the command's priority areas of focus.

Recently, training was held at the Ukrainian Catholic University as part of the course "Developing Teaching and Leadership Competencies for USF Training Center Instructors."

Over four days, Andriy Rozhdestvensky, Executive Director of the UCU Center for Leadership, and Svitlana Buhay, a lecturer at the UCU Business School, discussed leadership as a professional behavior rather than a formal position. They focused on how to provide effective feedback and how to combine high standards with respect, and discipline with trust.

Today, the USF Training Center is implementing the most effective business and global practices on a systemic level—approaches rarely found in other training centers. The efficiency generated by our methods is, as always, evident in the numbers.

The USF Group accounts for only 2.2% of the total Ukrainian military, and only 8% of all UAV crews are USF crews. Despite this, every 3rd enemy and every 3rd damaged or destroyed enemy target is the result of USF operations.
