We advise, accompany, and support candidates on their path from civilian life to service in the Unmanned Systems Forces.
What is the 6th Recruitment Center?
A specialized structure that provides volunteers with a service for selection and placement into positions across all units of the Unmanned Systems Forces.
We maintain constant communication with units, know their current needs and “internal workings,” so when communicating with a person, we understand where a “match” will occur.
Our goal is not to tick a box, but to find a position for a person where they will bring the greatest benefit (otherwise we will not win this war). Therefore, words about experience and civilian competencies are not just words to us.
Recruiters
They carry out a thorough selection of candidates, conduct interviews, and assess compliance with qualification requirements. Their goal is to identify your superpower and select an appropriate position, which will be assigned to you before your direct assignment to a unit.

Onboarding / Candidate Support Department
They plan and organize the schedule of interviews, assessments, and other key stages of the selection process. They also help collect all required documents and handle the subsequent onboarding and administrative formalities.
They keep a close eye on the process to ensure everything moves forward without delays and so that you can receive feedback on the next steps.

How does recruitment in the Unmanned Systems Forces work?
Fill out the form on the website, provide your contact details, and wait for a call from representatives of the USF.
Answer a call from our recruitment team, complete a short survey, and choose a convenient time for an interview — online or in person at one of our recruiting centers.
Talk to your potential unit, tell them about yourself, and ask directly everything that interests you.
In addition to the application itself, you will need to prepare the following documents:
- Copy of passport;
- Copy of tax identification number;
- Copy of education documents with transcript;
- Original military ID; if unavailable — a copy of the conscription certificate;
- Extract confirming place of residence registration;
- Certificate of no criminal record;
- Certificate of family composition and place of residence;
- Reference from the last place of work or study;
- Printed autobiography;
- Birth certificate — copy;
- 3×4 photo;
- 9×12 photo;
- Bank details certificate, payment card.
You can prepare this list in advance so as not to spend time on it after successfully completing the previous stages.
With a referral to the TCC and our continuous support, you proceed to one of the final stages — completing the military medical commission. Doctors must confirm that your state of health corresponds to the selected position.
The beginning of your military path — a 54-day Basic General Military Training course at one of our training centers. This is a mandatory stage for everyone: from a programmer to a drone operator.
Welcome to the family of the Unmanned Systems Forces! Already as part of your unit, you will undergo additional training (if necessary) and be smoothly integrated into the operational processes in the position previously selected.
