Unmanned Systems Forces — where people think, and machines do the work
Our system integrates people and technology to preserve the lives of Ukrainian service members and ensure superiority on the battlefield
The future started yesterday
The Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (USF) are a separate branch of the military that consolidates all key unmanned capabilities of the army — aerial, ground, and surface-based.
We provide reconnaissance and targeting, fire engagement, logistics, air defense, training, and the development of advanced technologies in the field of unmanned and robotic systems.
The USF is a specialized military structure shaping a new standard of drone warfare at the doctrinal level.

Units within the USF structure
Different in operational focus, equipment, and internal culture — each has its own role within the overall mission. Explore which unit aligns with you and strengthen it with your skills
The chosen role is yours
We guarantee adherence to agreed terms: within the USF, you will serve in the role aligned with the unit during the interview process. We seek effective specialists, not personnel to be reassigned to infantry units

That’s why it’s called basic. Basic Military Training
Regardless of the service path chosen with recruiters (support or combat roles), all recruits must master the basics of tactical combat casualty care, firearms and tactical training, navigation, and internal military procedures.
This ensures an understanding of the fundamental principles of military operations and the ability to act correctly in critical situations.

Who can join:
15,000 vacancies in the USF
The USF requires operators, engineers, analysts, IT specialists, and professionals from nearly all civilian fields.
The primary focus, however, is on forming and training effective UAV crews.
We welcome:
- Civilians — through mobilization or contract service. The “Contract 18–24: Drones” program is also available for young people.
- Active-duty military personnel transferring — soldiers, sergeants, and officers, subject to approval from their commander via “Army+”.
- Military personnel with AWOL status — some units consider experienced UAV operators and other qualified specialists.

Your skills and experience come first
In modern warfare, we cannot afford to disregard civilian-acquired experience as a strategic advantage. Here, top managers from civilian life continue to manage processes, and engineers work within their professional domains.
Tell the recruiter in as much detail as possible about your profession, skills, and even your hobbies. This may help identify the most relevant position for you.
