Terms of Contract 18–24: Drones in the USF
The Contract 18–24: Drones is concluded for a period of 2 years and provides all state-guaranteed “bonuses”:
- Incentive payment – UAH 1,000,000 (UAH 200,000 paid immediately upon signing the contract, and UAH 800,000 paid in two installments during the term of the contract).
- Monthly salary of up to UAH 120,000 per month (basic monetary allowance + additional payments for combat missions).
- After signing the contract – mandatory enhanced training for up to 4 months.
- Choice of unit and specialty.
- Housing compensation during service, medical care + dentistry and dental prosthetics.
- Mortgage at 0.0% annual interest after completion of the contract (“eOselia”).
- Free public transportation and utility benefits.
- Education in educational institutions within state-funded quotas, after completion of the contract.
- The right to travel abroad.
- After 2 years of the contract (including a mandatory 12 months of participation in combat operations), exemption from conscription for 1 year.
Requirements of Contract 18–24: Drones in the USF
The main requirement is the volunteer’s age. 18–24 years old is a mandatory condition for joining this program. If you are about to turn 25, we recommend not missing this opportunity before you become subject to conscription.
Completion of full general secondary education (at a minimum), along with the relevant documents confirming graduation from an educational institution.
Good health and fitness for military service. The law provides for the selection of candidates for combat and engineering specialties within the Unmanned Systems Forces. Therefore, the volunteer’s physical and mental health must be at a high level.
No criminal record is a mandatory requirement for admission to service under this contract.
