Service members of the 413th Separate “Raid” Regiment of the Unmanned Systems Forces received state awards for their high effectiveness and significant contribution to combat operations against the enemy

More than 120 soldiers, sergeants, and officers received awards from the President of Ukraine, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and the Ministry of Defence.

Among them are badges and medals: “For the Defence of Ukraine,” “For Diligent Service,” “Golden Cross,” “Silver Cross,” “Cross of Military Honour,” “Cross of Valour,” “For Exemplary Service,” “Golden Trident,” and “Defender of Ukraine.”

One of the servicemen of the “Raid” regiment, callsign “Vizyr,” was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, 3rd class, for the impeccable fulfilment of military and official duties, as well as for the valour and honour demonstrated in service. Another serviceman, callsign “Bublyk,” received the honorary badge “Best Sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”

Operators of the regiment’s most effective UAV crews were also recognised with award weapons presented by the Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert “Madyar” Brovdi. “You are part of a system designed to eliminate the occupiers — known as ‘Raid.’ We serve it with the discipline of both a monastic and a knightly order, so that it destroys the enemy and inflicts losses severe enough to force them to abandon further advances. These awards are one of the few ways the state, the nation, and the command can recognise your service. There are no insignificant awards. It is important that you have truly earned them. These are the honours you will one day show your grandchildren, and they will be proud of you.”

— Commander of the 413th Separate Unmanned Systems Regiment “Raid,” Major Yevhen Karas
