The video director produces videos about the brigade for social media and recruitment campaigns: films with a team at the base and on field trips, edits short and long formats, documents events in the unit's life and shapes its recognizable visual style. The work combines shooting, editing and color grading, and some of the filming takes place close to the front line.
Responsibilities
- editing videos for social media — Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Facebook;
- producing dynamic short-form and long-form videos;
- working on recruitment videos and the unit's visual identity;
- photo and video shooting with the team at the base and on field trips;
- documenting events and processes in the brigade's life;
- taking part in shaping the unit's visual style.
Requirements
- relevant experience and a portfolio of work;
- command of video editing and color grading software;
- a driving license and own car;
- readiness to travel for shoots, including close to the front line.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees under Ukrainian law.
