A fixed-wing UAV operator is responsible for preparing, launching, and operating unmanned aerial vehicles with an aircraft-type aerodynamic design. The role includes planning flights according to procedures, monitoring UAV technical condition, and executing missions in defined environments. The primary focus is stable flight performance, navigation accuracy, and strict compliance with safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Preparing fixed-wing UAVs for flight operations;
- Launching, operating, and monitoring unmanned aircraft;
- Monitoring UAV technical condition during missions;
- Recording flight results and technical data;
- Identifying basic malfunctions and reporting them;
- Following established instructions and safety rules.
Requirements
- Basic skills in operating fixed-wing UAVs;
- Understanding of aerodynamics and navigation principles;
- Attention to detail and responsible work approach;
- Ability to work with technical documentation;
- Willingness to learn and improve operational skills.
