
Fuel and Lubricants Service Clerk

The fuel and lubricants service clerk keeps track of fuel movement in an unmanned systems center: registers official documents, fills in issue sheets, cross-checks unit reports against source documents and draws up the service's reports and records. This is office work with figures and paperwork that calls for attention to detail and consistency.
Responsibilities
- keeping registers of official documents;
- filling in and recording fuel issue sheets;
- checking reports submitted by units;
- cross-checking units' internal ledgers against source documents;
- drawing up the service's reports, minutes and formal records;
- preparing other official documents as instructed by the head of the service.
Requirements
- experience in accounting, finance, warehouse or logistics record-keeping;
- confident computer skills, including Word and Excel;
- good numeracy and the ability to process large volumes of data quickly;
- attention to detail, consistency and emotional stability;
- vocational or higher education in a related field is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- office-based service, with uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave for family reasons;
