Social Media Manager

The social media manager is responsible for the unit's presence on social networks: plans and publishes content and keeps in touch with the audience. Works in a team with a camera operator, a copywriter and a designer, and contributes to recruiting and fundraising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- run the unit's pages on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and other social platforms;
- publish content, reply to comments and messages, and keep the community active;
- take part in developing and planning the content plan;
- coordinate work with the camera operator, copywriter and designer when creating content;
- adapt content to the formats and audiences of different social platforms;
- take part in creating and running recruiting and fundraising information campaigns.
Requirements
- experience as a social media manager and in administering social media accounts;
- higher education, preferably in communications, media, marketing or related fields;
- understanding of how viral content is created;
- work with spreadsheets and databases (MS Excel, Google Sheets): structured tables, metrics tracking, progress analysis;
- confident use of Jira, Notion, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of ChatGPT and Meta and TikTok ad accounts is an advantage;
- experience preparing presentations; understanding of project management principles (SCRUM, KANBAN, WATERFALL);
- proactivity, organization, attention to detail, communication skills, stress resistance and readiness to work in a military environment.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided; insurance, free medical treatment and benefits;
- service in a headquarters setting; trips are possible;
- annual paid leave and 10 additional days of leave for family circumstances;
- professional development.
