Combat Roles20 000-120 000 UAHUAVs and UGVs
The UAV pilot and operator flies a drone on the brigade's combat missions: prepares it for launch, controls the flight, conducts reconnaissance and follow-up reconnaissance, observes an assigned area of terrain and passes the collected data to the command. The work is done as part of a crew, with deployments to positions; prior experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- carrying out combat missions as part of the unit's crew;
- preparing the unmanned aerial vehicle for launch;
- launching the aircraft and controlling the flight;
- conducting reconnaissance and follow-up reconnaissance in the area of responsibility;
- observing an assigned area of terrain;
- passing the collected data to the command for decision-making.
Requirements
- willingness to learn, including with no prior experience;
- ability to absorb new information quickly;
- basic skills with technology — smartphones, joysticks, computers;
- readiness to take responsibility;
- readiness to deploy closer to the front line and work at positions.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees under Ukrainian law.
