An Aerial Reconnaissance Crew Commander is a service member who organizes the work of the reconnaissance crew, coordinates with other units, plans logistics, and ensures the execution of aerial reconnaissance tasks.
Responsibilities
- establishing coordination with adjacent units;
- organizing the work of the crew;
- cooperating with the unit’s reconnaissance group;
- planning the crew’s logistics;
- performing assigned reconnaissance tasks;
- maintaining UAV complexes;
Requirements
- citizenship of Ukraine;
- age 18+;
- medical fitness for military service;
- readiness to perform tasks in areas of hostilities;
- no criminal record for criminal offenses;
- good communication skills and stress resilience;
- willingness to learn and develop;
- experience working with UAV systems, understanding communication principles and autopilot operation;
- experience working with maps and topography and ability to navigate terrain;
- experience in IT and/or engineering;
- knowledge of English;
