The polygraph examiner conducts specialized psychophysiological examinations using a polygraph to screen candidates and current personnel. The role involves analyzing human responses, preparing expert conclusions, and participating in the unit's internal security measures.
Responsibilities
- conduct polygraph examinations (recruitment screening, internal reviews);
- analyze examination results and prepare final reports;
- collaborate with recruiters and leadership regarding background checks;
- participate in developing the unit's internal security processes;
- maintain the technical readiness of polygraph equipment;
- manage electronic documentation and result archives;
- research and implement new polygraph examination methodologies.
Requirements
- higher education (preferably in psychology or law);
- understanding of human behavior and physiological responses;
- proficient PC user with experience in specialized software;
- ability to analyze large volumes of data and draw objective conclusions;
- high level of responsibility, impartiality, and ethics;
- fitness for military service for health reasons.
Conditions
- direct mobilization to the military unit bypassing TCR with support at all mobilization stages;
- military service under mobilization or contract;
- possibility of transfer for currently serving personnel subject to approval;
