The sapper locates explosive hazards and carries out demining on the battlefield, including with the help of drones to search for dangerous objects, and opens safe routes for personnel and vehicles. The sapper works closely with drone crews of an unmanned systems regiment and services the equipment. Work in the combat zone demands strict adherence to safety rules.
Responsibilities
- locating explosive hazards and demining on the battlefield;
- using drones to search for dangerous objects;
- ensuring safe movement of personnel and vehicles;
- supporting drone crews in safety and reconnaissance tasks;
- servicing equipment and preparing it for missions;
- coordinating with the team during combat operations.
Requirements
- at least one year of experience as a sapper or in a related field;
- readiness to work under high responsibility and stress;
- ability to make quick decisions and act in coordination with the team;
- attention to detail and strict adherence to safety rules;
- readiness to carry out tasks anywhere in the country.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- free medical care;
- guaranteed annual paid leave.
