Data Analytics and Visualization Specialist

The data analytics and visualization specialist turns the brigade's production data into clear reports for decision-making: builds dashboards, writes database queries, selects metrics and explains findings to managers without technical jargon. This is computer-based work in the rear, in cooperation with the unit's analysts, developers and managers.
Responsibilities
- building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio;
- writing SQL queries, using DAX and building reports;
- analysing production processes and tracking key metrics;
- preparing analytical conclusions for management decisions;
- helping set up Docker, CI/CD pipelines, backups and monitoring;
- working with the unit's analysts, developers and managers.
Requirements
- experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio;
- confident SQL query writing and work with DAX;
- understanding of production processes and the ability to choose metrics;
- basic skills with Docker and CI/CD processes;
- attention to detail and a responsible attitude to tasks;
- ability to explain analysis results to non-technical colleagues.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- housing, meals, uniform and equipment provided;
- service in the rear, away from the combat zone;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
