UAV Crew Duty Officer

The operational duty officer for UAV crews plans the use of strike fixed-wing drones and coordinates the actions of the crews so that tasks are carried out in a consistent way. Also takes part in operations planning. The work is done on duty shifts and calls for an analytical approach and unconventional thinking.
Responsibilities
- planning the use of strike fixed-wing drones of various modifications;
- taking part in operations planning;
- coordinating the work of UAV crews;
- carrying out operational duty shifts;
- aligning the crews' actions while tasks are carried out.
Requirements
- willingness to learn and develop;
- ability to think unconventionally and analyse information;
- experience in communications is a plus;
- IT development experience is a plus.
Conditions
- mobilization for the duration of martial law or contract service; transfer for those already serving, on valid grounds or with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- uniform and equipment provided, medical care and free treatment;
- 15 days of leave every six months;
- additional leave for family circumstances where there are legal grounds.
