Logistics Group Lead

The logistics group lead manages the group's personnel and all processes of material and technical support for the unit. The work calls for organisational skills, accurate accounting of property and constant coordination with warehouses and supply organisations.
Responsibilities
- organising and supervising logistics processes in the unit;
- leading the personnel of the logistics group;
- planning requirements for material and technical supplies;
- supervising the recording, storage and use of property;
- coordinating the transport, issue and return of resources;
- improving supply processes and working with warehouses;
- keeping reports, formal records, logs and official documents.
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in logistics, material support or warehousing;
- ability to work with accounting systems, Excel and Google Sheets;
- knowledge of the principles of accounting, reporting and logistics planning;
- organisational skills, attentiveness and systems thinking.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- uniform and equipment provided, medical care and free treatment;
- 15 days of leave every six months;
- additional leave for family circumstances where there are legal grounds.
