Logistics Specialist

The logistics specialist coordinates the supply, storage and accounting of the unit's material resources and makes sure that cargo reaches its recipients within set deadlines. The work combines record keeping and documentation with regular contact with warehouses, transport units and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- organising and supporting logistics processes within the unit;
- supervising the receipt, recording, storage and issue of property;
- planning requirements for material and technical supplies;
- keeping reports, formal records and documentation;
- working with warehouses, transport units and suppliers;
- optimising delivery routes and timing;
- observing safety rules and service standards.
Requirements
- at least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse accounting or supply;
- knowledge of the basics of document handling, logistics processes and planning;
- proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and basic accounting systems;
- strong organisation, accuracy and a sense of responsibility;
- education in logistics, economics or management and a category B or C driving licence are a plus;
- experience in public or military organisations is a plus.
Conditions
- mobilization for the duration of martial law or service under contract; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- uniform and equipment provided;
- medical care and free treatment;
- 15 days of leave every six months; additional leave for family circumstances where there are legal grounds.
