Business Analyst (ERP Systems)

The business analyst (ERP systems) defines how an ERP (enterprise resource planning) system should support business processes: clarifies user requirements, describes them in specifications and passes them to developers. Also tests new modules, prepares instructions and trains users to work with the system.
Responsibilities
- analyzing business processes and defining requirements for the ERP system;
- collecting, documenting and agreeing requirements with customers and users;
- writing specifications for ERP implementation and further development;
- testing new functional modules;
- preparing instructions and training users;
- working with the team of developers and consultants to deliver solutions;
- supporting users while the system is in operation.
Requirements
- experience working as a business analyst;
- understanding of how ERP systems work and of business processes: finance, procurement, warehouse, production, personnel;
- ability to formalize requirements and write technical documentation;
- analytical thinking and good communication skills;
- ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
Conditions
- military service under contract or by mobilization; serving personnel can transfer;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and the social guarantees set out in law.
