External UAV Pilot
Combat Roles50 000 UAHUAVs and UGVs
An External UAV Pilot operates unmanned aerial vehicles during combat missions, works as part of a UAV crew or unit, conducts target engagement, and supports unit operations in combat areas.
Responsibilities
- citizenship of Ukraine;
- medical fitness for military service;
- readiness to operate in areas of active hostilities;
- willingness to learn and improve skills;
- experience with UAVs and basic knowledge of communication principles is an advantage;
- well-developed spatial thinking;
- experience with maps, topography, and terrain orientation is an advantage;
- ability to work in a team and take responsibility for results;
- no criminal record.
Requirements
- two-year contract military service;
- annual financial package of UAH 1,000,000 (UAH 200,000 upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 paid in two installments during the contract period) plus up to UAH 120,000 monthly and additional combat-mission bonuses;
- priority medical commission processing;
- enhanced training program (general military training, specialized training, adaptation course in the unit) up to three months when assigned to a new specialty and/or when the unit re-equips with new systems;
- housing compensation during service.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract military service;
- possibility of transfer for current service members with the consent of their direct commander;
- remuneration in accordance with current legislation;
- social benefits;
- guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days plus an additional 10 days for family reasons;
- basic general military training for civilians;
- professional training and continuous development opportunities.
