UAV Operator
Combat Roles1 000 000 UAHUAVs and UGVsReconnaissance
A UAV Operator controls unmanned aerial vehicles during combat missions, conducts reconnaissance and target engagement, adjusts fire on enemy positions and equipment, and maintains and prepares various UAV systems for operation.
Responsibilities
- performing combat missions as part of a unit;
- engaging enemy forces using strike and reconnaissance UAVs;
- adjusting fire on enemy positions and equipment;
- conducting visual surveillance, collecting critical information, and delivering it to the command center;
- maintaining various UAV types and preparing them for missions.
Requirements
- citizenship of Ukraine;
- medical fitness for military service;
- well-developed spatial thinking;
- willingness to learn and develop;
- experience with maps, topography, and terrain orientation is an advantage;
- experience in combat conditions is an advantage;
- experience with UAV systems and understanding of communications principles is an advantage;
- ability to work in a team and take responsibility for results;
- no criminal record.
Conditions
- two-year contract service;
- annual financial package of UAH 1,000,000 (UAH 200,000 upon contract signing and UAH 800,000 in two installments during the contract term) plus up to UAH 120,000 monthly and combat-mission bonuses;
- priority medical commission processing;
- enhanced training program (basic military training, professional training, unit adaptation course) up to three months in case of reassignment to a new specialty and/or re-equipment of the unit;
- housing compensation during service.
