The logistics officer plans the supply of units with materiel and makes sure the right items reach the positions on time. Works within the logistics group of the brigade staff: processes official documents, answers requests from units and services and keeps records of stock movements. The measure of the work is whether everything needed for flights is in place.
Responsibilities
- planning and monitoring the supply of units with materiel;
- processing official documents and following up on their execution;
- preparing replies to requests from units and services;
- keeping records of stock movements and warehouse documentation;
- coordinating with depots and units when delivering supplies to positions;
- maintaining continuity of supply and confidentiality while carrying out tasks.
Requirements
- knowledge of the basics of logistics and warehouse accounting;
- confident use of Word and Excel;
- attention to detail and accuracy in documents and records;
- readiness to work in an area of active hostilities;
- experience in logistics is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, otherwise service under contract or through mobilization;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, plus military service benefits;
- annual paid leave, additional leave and statutory social guarantees.
