The logistics officer, as part of the headquarters logistics group, organises timely supply of equipment and materials to the units of an unmanned systems brigade. Keeps records of stock levels, consumption and movement of materials, handles paperwork and requests from units, and stays in contact with warehouses and supply services. Mostly staff work, with visits to the units.
Responsibilities
- organising timely supply of equipment and materials to the units;
- keeping records of stock levels, consumption and movement of materials;
- processing official documents and monitoring their execution;
- preparing responses to requests from units;
- liaising with warehouses and supply services;
- observing confidentiality rules when carrying out tasks.
Requirements
- knowledge of the basic principles of logistics and stock control;
- confident use of Word and Excel;
- attention to detail and the ability to handle a large volume of paperwork;
- readiness to work in an area of active combat operations;
- logistics experience is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave;
- benefits and statutory social guarantees.
