UGV operator

A UGV operator is responsible for operating and technically supporting unmanned ground vehicles during assigned duties. The role includes preparing UGV systems for use, monitoring their condition, and conducting operations in accordance with instructions. The primary focus is precise control, safe operation, and reliable performance of robotic equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Operating unmanned ground vehicle systems;
  • Preparing UGV equipment for operation and checking technical status;
  • Monitoring system performance during tasks;
  • Recording technical data and operational results;
  • Identifying basic malfunctions and reporting them;
  • Following safety rules and established procedures.

Requirements

  • Basic technical knowledge or experience with equipment;
  • Ability to work with control interfaces and manuals;
  • Attention to detail and responsible work approach;
  • Willingness to learn and operate new systems;
  • Physical and psychological resilience.
