
Camera Operator and Video Editor

The camera operator and video editor shoots and edits videos about the unit's work: films on location and in the studio, cuts the footage into a finished piece, handles color grading, sound and titles and prepares versions for different platforms. Works within the content team of the unmanned systems center, with trips to shoot on location and care of the camera gear.
Responsibilities
- filming on location and in the studio;
- editing footage into finished videos;
- color grading, sound work and preparing titles;
- preparing video versions for different formats and platforms;
- maintaining camera equipment and preparing it for trips;
- organizing and storing the archive of footage.
Requirements
- proficiency in Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve;
- experience as a camera operator, video editor, videographer or motion designer;
- skills with camera equipment and lighting;
- ability to work with sound and color grading;
- readiness to work on location;
- attention to detail and ownership of the result;
- knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, insurance and free medical care;
- annual paid leave plus 10 days of additional leave for family reasons;
- statutory benefits and social guarantees.
