Embedded Systems Developer

The embedded systems developer builds firmware and hardware prototypes for the unit's own technical solutions: writes code for microcontrollers, brings up boards with sensors and peripherals, and traces faults both in the code and on the board. This is engineering work at an unmanned systems center, with devices tested on the bench and in the field.
Responsibilities
- developing embedded software to technical specifications;
- setting up and bringing up hardware prototypes on microcontrollers with sensors and peripherals;
- implementing and debugging data exchange between device components;
- finding and fixing faults at both the code and hardware level;
- testing assembled devices on the bench and in the field;
- maintaining technical documentation for the developed solutions.
Requirements
- at least 2 years of C/C++ development experience;
- hands-on experience with STM32 and ESP32 microcontrollers;
- experience implementing and debugging UART, SPI, I2C and CAN interfaces;
- understanding of embedded systems fundamentals: interrupts, DMA, FPU, multitasking.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, plus insurance and free medical care;
- annual paid leave and 10 additional days of leave for family reasons;
- benefits and statutory social guarantees.
