The clerk of a logistics unit provides the paperwork for the unit's operations and keeps its records in order. Work with correspondence, orders and electronic logbooks calls for attention to detail, a sense of responsibility and the ability to keep information confidential.
Responsibilities
- receive incoming correspondence;
- process incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- prepare orders and reports;
- prepare statements;
- draw up official records (acts);
- keep electronic record logs.
Requirements
- secondary vocational or higher education;
- computer and office equipment skills, working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
- attention to detail and a high level of responsibility;
- self-discipline, compliance with established rules, ability to keep information confidential;
- experience in a similar role is an advantage;
- analytical skills and ability to concentrate are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 51,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided; benefits, insurance and free medical treatment;
- annual paid leave and 10 additional days of leave for family circumstances;
- professional development.
