
UAV Technician

A UAV Technician is a service member who maintains and repairs unmanned systems, works with electronic components, participates in preparing UAVs for missions, and supports crew operations within the unit.
Responsibilities
- preparing unmanned systems for operation;
- developing and integrating new solutions to improve efficiency;
- maintaining and repairing unmanned systems;
- performing combat tasks as part of a unit, including in combat zones.
Requirements
- practical skills in UAV piloting will be an advantage;
- understanding of frequency ranges, modulation types and radio wave propagation principles will be an advantage;
- ability to read electronic circuits and practical experience in repairing radio-electronic equipment will be an advantage;
- ability to replace components will be an advantage;
- basic understanding of technologies and interest in how unmanned systems operate;
- ability and motivation to learn new skills;
- ability to work as part of a team;
- medical and psychological fitness for military service;
- confident user skills with computer technologies;
- willingness to work in combat zones;
- age 18+.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of the period of martial law or service under a contract;
- training for the position after completion of basic military training;
- monthly remuneration from 20,000 to 120,000 UAH depending on the performance of combat tasks and orders;
- guaranteed assignment specifically to the relevant unit;
- provision of personal protective equipment and military property;
- annual leave in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
