Warehouse Manager

A Warehouse Manager organizes receiving, storage, and issuance of supplies, maintains accurate inventory records, and is accountable for warehouse assets. The role includes documentation, safety compliance, and routine work with spreadsheets and inventory tracking tools.

Responsibilities

  • organize receiving, storage, and issuance of supplies;
  • maintain warehouse documentation and reporting;
  • ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety requirements;
  • be accountable for warehouse property and assets.

Requirements

  • knowledge of inventory accounting and procedures for storing and issuing supplies;
  • confident use of office software and ability to work with spreadsheets and inventory tracking tools;
  • responsibility, organization, integrity, stress tolerance, and leadership skills.

Conditions

  • military service under contract or within a mobilization framework;
  • transfer options for currently serving personnel subject to command approval;
  • provision of required equipment and service gear;
  • training and preparation before starting duties in the role;
  • annual leave in accordance with Ukrainian law;
  • service within an unmanned systems unit.
