The Creative Manager at the 1st Separate Center of Unmanned Systems coordinates the media team and manages the full content creation cycle. The role involves organizing media projects, managing content plans, and ensuring high-quality visual and textual materials to represent the "technological special forces" unit's activities.
Responsibilities
- manage the content plan and publication schedule;
- coordinate the media team's workflow during material preparation;
- organize, launch, and oversee media projects;
- control the quality and compliance of prepared content with unit standards;
- facilitate communication with leadership regarding media strategy and publications.
Requirements
- preferred age: 25 — 45 years;
- degree in creative industries, media project management, communications, or related fields;
- experience as a Project Manager, Creative Manager, or in similar roles within media/communications;
- experience in project management and organizing teamwork;
- proficient user of Notion, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, or Keynote;
- knowledge of Figma is preferred;
- systemic thinking, ability to structure processes, and quick decision-making under uncertainty.
Conditions
- direct mobilization to the military unit bypassing TCR with support at all mobilization stages;
- possibility of transfer for currently serving personnel (well-established process);
- current service location in the Dnipropetrovsk region;

- average monthly financial compensation approximately from 50,000 UAH;
