A Fundraising and Partnerships Manager launches and runs fundraising campaigns, brings in partners, and maintains transparent communication with donors. The role combines campaign planning, event coordination, reporting, and performance analysis to continuously improve fundraising outcomes.
Responsibilities
- plan and administer fundraising campaigns to support the unit;
- identify and engage partners and public advocates to support fundraising initiatives;
- develop new fundraising ideas, formats, and campaign mechanics;
- organize and deliver events that promote fundraising efforts;
- communicate with donors, ensure transparent interaction, and respond to inquiries;
- prepare and maintain financial reports on campaign results;
- analyze campaign performance, identify issues, and propose improvements.
Requirements
- experience in fundraising, volunteering, or organizing charity initiatives;
- proven experience launching and administering fundraising campaigns;
- strong communication and negotiation skills with businesses, partners, and public figures;
- basic proficiency with data and document tools, including spreadsheets and text documents;
- analytical skills to evaluate performance, draw conclusions, and recommend improvements;
- organization, responsibility, and stress tolerance;
- results-oriented mindset.
