The ground robotic systems coordinator supports robot crews along their route: tracks the situation, warns of threats in time and coordinates actions with neighbouring units. If a vehicle is hit or gets stuck, the coordinator organizes its recovery. The work takes place in the field, using communication equipment and digital maps and reporting on every mission.
Responsibilities
- organizing coordination between ground robot crews and neighbouring units;
- tracking the operational situation along the vehicle's route;
- warning crews in good time about threats and changes in the situation;
- organizing recovery of the vehicle if it is hit or gets stuck;
- recording mission results and keeping reports for each sortie;
- analyzing technical errors to improve crew performance.
Requirements
- understanding of how ground robotic systems are employed;
- skills with communication equipment and digital maps;
- ability to make quick decisions with incomplete information;
- attentiveness and the ability to keep track of the situation for long periods;
- readiness for field work and night shifts.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the commander's consent;
- field work, including night shifts;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees under Ukrainian law.
