Excavator Operator
Combat Roles20 000-120 000 UAHLogistics / Transport
The excavator operator carries out earthworks to build positions and shelters for an unmanned systems brigade: drives the machine during engineering and transport tasks and works with mounted and towed attachments. The work is done in the field alongside engineers and sappers; the operator services the machine daily and handles minor repairs on site.
Responsibilities
- operating the excavator during engineering, earthmoving and transport work;
- carrying out earthworks to build positions and shelters;
- working with mounted and towed attachments — blade, bucket, auger, crane beam;
- daily servicing of the machine;
- coordinating with engineers, sappers and work supervisors;
- following safety rules when operating and servicing the machine.
Requirements
- tractor and machine operator licence of the appropriate category;
- experience operating an excavator or other earthmoving machinery;
- knowledge of the machine's design and minor field repair skills;
- ability to work with different types of attachments;
- physical stamina and readiness to work in the field.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided in full;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
