Crane Truck Driver-Operator

The crane truck driver-operator transports equipment and cargo for an unmanned systems brigade and performs lifting work with the crane during construction and repair jobs: rigs, lifts and places loads on site. The work is done in the field, often close to people, so daily checks of the crane's components and adherence to safety rules are an essential part of the job.
Responsibilities
- carrying out lifting and transport operations with the crane;
- driving the vehicle when transporting equipment and cargo;
- rigging, lifting and placing loads at the work site;
- servicing the crane and keeping it in working order;
- checking components and mechanisms before every trip;
- following safety rules during lifting operations.
Requirements
- crane operator certificate and experience with lifting equipment;
- driving licence of the appropriate category;
- knowledge of crane design and operating requirements;
- rigging skills and experience with load-lifting attachments;
- attentiveness, composure and readiness to work in the field.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees under Ukrainian law.
