
Training Group Instructor

The training group instructor prepares newly arrived personnel of an unmanned systems brigade for combat tasks: runs classes in tactics, marksmanship and physical training to Armed Forces of Ukraine standards, assesses each soldier's level and is responsible for safety during exercises. Works with groups, mostly on the range, under a programme approved by the commander.
Responsibilities
- running classes in tactics, marksmanship and physical training;
- delivering training under Armed Forces of Ukraine programmes and standards;
- enforcing discipline and safety rules during classes involving weapons;
- assessing the knowledge and skills of service members;
- developing measures to raise the professional level of personnel;
- overseeing the daily routine in the training group;
- carrying out tasks assigned by the unit commander.
Requirements
- combat experience and prior service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- knowledge of small-unit tactics and marksmanship training;
- ability to explain material clearly and work with a group;
- knowledge of safety rules for classes involving weapons and ammunition;
- organisation, composure and high standards for oneself and trainees.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's approval;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
