Head of Training Group

The head of the training group is responsible for the personnel training system in the brigade, from annual combat training plans to testing servicemembers' knowledge and skills. The work is methodological and organizational, tied to the training base and to reporting to higher headquarters.
Responsibilities
- drawing up combat training plans for the unit by month, training period and year;
- keeping combat training logs, class schedules and training ground visit schedules;
- collecting, analyzing and integrating current combat experience into the training program;
- developing instructions, handouts, diagrams and manuals for training personnel;
- assessing servicemembers' knowledge, abilities and skills (proficiency checks, tests);
- preparing firing ranges, tactical training areas, classrooms and simulators and controlling training equipment and mock-ups;
- submitting reports to higher headquarters on the state and results of training on time.
Requirements
- ability to draw up class schedules and annual and monthly combat training plans for a unit;
- teaching experience, conducting briefings and methodological training of instructors;
- confident use of MS Office, electronic document management and military command systems;
- familiarity with Armed Forces of Ukraine training courses, internal regulations and NATO standards;
- practical understanding of modern combat conditions and tactics is an advantage.
Conditions
- enlistment under contract or through mobilization; those already serving can transfer within the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- provision of uniform and food;
- medical assistance provided;
- social guarantees under the law and annual paid leave.
