
General Military Training Instructor

The general military training instructor gives newcomers the basic skills every position in an unmanned systems brigade builds on: runs classes to training programmes and current standards, takes groups out for live-fire practice and assesses how ready each trainee is for specialist training. The work is with large groups, mostly in the field and on the range.
Responsibilities
- running basic military training classes according to training programmes and current standards;
- coordinating the training process for groups of newly arrived soldiers;
- conducting live-fire practice sessions in the field;
- running physical training classes and related disciplines;
- teaching combat techniques and rules of engagement in battle;
- assessing soldiers' knowledge and skills at the end of training.
Requirements
- an instructor certificate or combat experience;
- ability to manage large groups of people and keep discipline in class;
- basic knowledge of psychology and resistance to stress;
- good physical shape in order to demonstrate exercises personally;
- ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- 30 calendar days of annual paid leave plus up to 10 days of additional leave for family reasons;
- access to the unit's psychologists.
