A Polygraph Examiner is a service member who conducts interviews and psychological assessments using a polygraph, analyzes collected data, prepares professional reports and conclusions, and ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- conducting psychological and polygraph testing;
- analyzing incoming data;
- ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- preparing reports and conclusions based on testing results.
Requirements
- age 25+;
- higher education (psychologist or lawyer);
- desired experience in operational/investigative roles in law enforcement or security agencies;
- experience in direct people-to-people work;
- strong communication skills;
- ability to learn;
- high stress resilience.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of the period of martial law or service under a contract;
- training within the unit for the position after basic military training;
- monthly remuneration from 20,000 to 120,000 UAH depending on duty location and assigned tasks;
- guaranteed assignment specifically to the relevant unit;
- provision of personal protective equipment and military property;
- annual leave in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
