The Polygraph Examiner / Security Analyst at the 1st Separate Center of Unmanned Systems plays a key role in ensuring the internal security of the "technological special forces" unit. The position involves conducting specialized screenings of candidates, in-depth analysis of psychophysiological reactions, and preparing expert conclusions to build a reliable team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- conduct polygraph interviews and testing for candidates;
- analyze examination results and prepare analytical conclusions;
- communicate with recruiters and leadership regarding background check results;
- participate in developing standards and methodologies for security screenings;
- maintain electronic documentation and result archives;
- continuously train and master new polygraph examination techniques.
Requirements
- preferred age: 25 — 55 years;
- higher education (preferably in Psychology or Law);
- proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office;
- experience in "person-to-person" work formats;
- understanding of human behavior and physiological responses;
- ability to analyze data, draw objective conclusions, and follow strict procedures;
- ability to work under psychological pressure;
- high level of responsibility, impartiality, and self-control;
- preferred: knowledge of polygraph principles;
- preferred: experience in operational or investigative work (SBU, Police).
Conditions
- direct mobilization to the military unit bypassing TCR with support at all mobilization stages;
- possibility of transfer for currently serving personnel (well-established process);
- current service location in the Dnipropetrovsk region;
- opportunity to join with an enlisted (soldier) or NCO (sergeant) rank;
- average monthly financial compensation approximately from 50,000 UAH;
- service conducted in staff/office conditions;
- guaranteed annual basic leave (+10 days for family reasons);
