Test and Maintenance Group Mechanic

The test and maintenance group mechanic prepares unmanned systems of various types for flight and takes part in trials of new products and technologies before they go on missions. The work is done in the ground team of an unmanned systems regiment: checking equipment before tasks, recording test results and defects, and mastering the new systems that arrive in the unit.
Responsibilities
- preparing and servicing unmanned systems of various types as part of the ground team;
- taking part in trials of new products and technologies;
- checking the technical condition of equipment before missions;
- recording test results and identified defects;
- mastering new systems and equipment arriving in the unit.
Requirements
- basic technical skills and ability to work with tools;
- fast learning and interest in new technologies;
- readiness to work with different types of systems rather than one specialty;
- attention to detail and discipline;
- combat experience is an advantage;
- experience in testing or quality assurance is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- free medical treatment;
- guaranteed annual paid leave;
- hands-on training on new equipment within the unit.
