Driver-Electrician
Combat Roles20 000-120 000 UAHLogistics / Transport
The driver-electrician combines two roles: transporting cargo to crews in the combat zone and keeping the unit powered by generators. Within an unmanned systems brigade, the work means keeping both the vehicle and the generator ready to move at any time, minor repairs of electrical equipment and driving routes while keeping the vehicles concealed.
Responsibilities
- transporting cargo of various kinds to supply the unit;
- carrying out tasks together with crews in the combat zone;
- servicing power generators and keeping them running without interruption;
- monitoring the technical condition of the assigned vehicle;
- fixing minor faults in the vehicle's electrical equipment and wiring;
- following traffic rules and concealing vehicles along the route.
Requirements
- category B driving license;
- understanding of how diesel and petrol generators are built and operated;
- skills in repairing vehicle electrical equipment;
- readiness for field conditions and work in the combat zone;
- additional driving license categories are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- personal protective equipment, uniform, equipment and meals provided;
