Embedded Software Engineer

The embedded software engineer develops firmware for the brigade's equipment: writes code for STM32 and ESP32 microcontrollers, connects sensors, displays and communication modules to the control board and debugs the data exchange between them. Maintains firmware already in service and tests prototypes on the bench and in the field as part of an engineering team.
Responsibilities
- developing software for STM32, ESP32 and Raspberry Pi microcontrollers;
- integrating and maintaining firmware and components already in service;
- connecting accelerometers, gyroscopes and displays to the control board;
- debugging data exchange with communication modules;
- testing prototypes on the bench and in the field.
Requirements
- proficiency in C/C++ or Python/MicroPython;
- experience with STM32 and ESP32 microcontrollers;
- rapid prototyping skills on the Arduino platform;
- experience with RS485, UART, CAN, I2C and SPI interfaces;
- ability to read circuit diagrams and use measuring instruments.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- service away from the front line, housing provided;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- 15 days of leave every six months and statutory social guarantees.
