The Python developer maintains and extends the brigade's in-house ERP system, which its records and internal processes run on: improves existing functionality, writes integrations with related services, optimizes PostgreSQL queries and fixes defects. Documents the solutions delivered. Computer-based work within a development team, with a remote option.
Responsibilities
- configuring and extending the Python-based ERP system;
- building and maintaining integrations with related services;
- developing and supporting the back end of internal web services;
- designing and optimizing queries to the PostgreSQL database;
- testing and fixing defects in existing code;
- preparing technical documentation for delivered solutions.
Requirements
- commercial Python development experience;
- hands-on experience with one of the Python web frameworks;
- experience working with PostgreSQL;
- knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript;
- ability to read technical documentation in English;
- experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- rear-area service, housing and meals provided;
- option to work remotely within the region where the unit is based;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
