Driver-Electrician, Unmanned Surface Vessel Group

The driver-electrician provides the unmanned surface vessel group with transport and electrical power: carries personnel, equipment and cargo, and keeps vehicle electrical systems and power sources in working order. The work is done in field conditions in line with military standards and safety rules.
Responsibilities
- driving military vehicles and transporting personnel, equipment and cargo;
- inspecting the vehicle for serviceability before departure and after return;
- diagnosing and repairing vehicle electrical equipment: batteries, generators, wiring;
- fixing breakdowns in field conditions;
- powering equipment: working with batteries, generators and other sources of electricity;
- carrying out work in line with military standards;
- following safety rules when working with electricity and equipment.
Requirements
- driver's license category B (category C is an advantage);
- experience with electrical work: repairing and adjusting vehicle electrical systems;
- ability to work in field conditions and under physical strain;
- responsibility for the technical condition of vehicles and equipment.
Conditions
- military service under contract or by mobilization, or by transfer for those already serving;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- service members are provided with uniform and meals;
- medical support for service members;
- paid leave once a year;
- social guarantees provided by law.
