Property and Inventory Accountant

The property and inventory accountant keeps the unit's property records: documents the movement of property from receipt to disposal and reflects the operations in the accounting registers. The work calls for accuracy and careful handling of files and documents.
Responsibilities
- recording non-current assets, inventories, special-purpose military property and intangible assets in the accounting registers;
- documenting the receipt (purchase) of property;
- documenting the transfer of property;
- documenting the free-of-charge transfer of property;
- documenting the sale or disposal of property;
- keeping the files and documents for their area of work.
Requirements
- higher education in accounting, finance or economics;
- ability to work with accounting software and spreadsheets;
- confident use of a PC and office equipment;
- ability to work in a team and complete assigned tasks on time.
Conditions
- military service under contract or through mobilization for the duration of martial law; serving personnel transfer from their previous place of service;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- clothing and food provided;
- social guarantees provided by law and annual paid leave.
