International Communications Manager

The international communications manager is responsible for contact with manufacturers of military technology in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and with ministries of partner countries. The work involves conveying the unit's needs, organizing cooperation between manufacturers and end users, and a high-level market review, and requires fluent English.
Responsibilities
- building contacts with manufacturers of military technology in the UAV field;
- building contacts with ministries of partner countries;
- conveying information about the needs of the Unmanned Systems Forces;
- setting up and continuously improving cooperation between manufacturers and the end user;
- high-level analysis of the military technology market to choose the best price-to-quality offers for the Unmanned Systems Forces.
Requirements
- experience working with foreign companies, government institutions or international volunteer organizations;
- fluent English;
- knowledge of additional languages is an advantage;
- ability to set priorities and make decisions;
- strong sense of responsibility and independence;
- adaptability to change and willingness to keep learning;
- basic understanding of UAV technology.
Conditions
- military service under contract or by mobilization; transfer for serving personnel;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform and meals provided;
- service members are entitled to annual leave and social guarantees under the law.
