The storekeeper runs the unit's warehouse: receives, stores and issues the gear, equipment and food used by the units of an unmanned systems brigade. The work involves keeping stock cards and issue certificates, running regular inventories and controlling storage conditions and expiry dates. It calls for accuracy in paperwork and accountability for the property entrusted.
Responsibilities
- receiving, storing and issuing gear, equipment and food;
- keeping stock cards, registers and issue certificates;
- running inventories and reconciling actual stock against the records;
- moving and arranging property within the warehouse;
- controlling storage conditions and expiry dates;
- preparing documents for issuing property to units.
Requirements
- confident computer skills, especially MS Excel;
- record-keeping skills and understanding of document workflows;
- attention to detail, tidiness and accountability for the property entrusted;
- warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage;
- forklift driving skills are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
