Storekeeper

The storekeeper keeps the stock records of an unmanned systems brigade: receives, stores and issues supplies, draws up the paperwork for them and makes sure the records match what is physically on the shelves. The work combines warehouse duties with record-keeping, in coordination with the supply services and the units that draw equipment.
Responsibilities
- receiving, storing and issuing supplies from the warehouse;
- keeping stock cards, registration books and transfer certificates;
- preparing documents for the issue of gear, equipment and food supplies;
- carrying out stock-takes and reconciling warehouse balances;
- checking that physical stock matches the records;
- moving supplies and keeping storage areas in order.
Requirements
- confident computer skills, especially MS Excel;
- record-keeping skills and knowledge of document workflow;
- attention to detail and a methodical approach;
- warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage;
- ability to operate a forklift is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave;
