The warehouse manager is responsible for the unit's property: receives, records, stores and issues materials, tools and components. Working within an unmanned systems brigade, the role calls for orderly paperwork, control of storage conditions and stock levels, and cooperation with the procurement section so that supplies arrive before they run out.
Responsibilities
- receiving, recording, storing and issuing materials, tools and equipment;
- maintaining the warehouse inventory system;
- ensuring proper storage conditions for instruments, reagents and components;
- monitoring stock levels and reporting replenishment needs in time;
- preparing purchase requests and working with the procurement section;
- keeping warehouse records and preparing reports on the movement of property.
Requirements
- confident computer skills, especially MS Excel;
- record-keeping skills and knowledge of document workflows;
- attention to detail and a liking for order;
- accountability for the safekeeping of material assets.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 23,000 to UAH 53,000;
- uniform and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
- statutory social guarantees and benefits for service members.
