The records clerk maintains the personnel and property paperwork of a State Border Guard Service drone unit: the personnel register, certificates, award nominations, reports, documents on reassignment between posts and property records. Every service member's pay and entitlements depend on the accuracy of these documents, so the work calls for attentiveness.
Responsibilities
- maintaining the personnel register and other records on service members;
- issuing certificates to personnel on request;
- preparing award nominations for personnel;
- drawing up reports on bonuses, commendations and disciplinary measures;
- preparing documents on the reassignment of service members between posts;
- preparing letters of inquiry, handover records and property write-off documents.
Requirements
- confident use of a computer and office software;
- knowledge of the requirements for official documents and record-keeping;
- attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents;
- ability to handle large volumes of information and meet deadlines;
- responsibility for safeguarding official information.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the State Border Guard Service or the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- housing and meals from the day of arrival, even before formal enlistment;
- the unit arranges the candidate's transport to the place of service;
- full provision of uniform and equipment;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
