The SAP records clerk keeps the unit's inventory of materiel in an electronic system: posts stock movements, adjustments and write-offs and makes sure warehouse operations comply with the regulations. This is computer-based work within the logistics service, with ongoing correspondence with SAP technical support about errors and new features.
Responsibilities
- keeping inventory records of materiel in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA;
- posting stock movements, adjustments and write-offs;
- checking that warehouse processes comply with regulatory requirements;
- raising requests on the technical support portal with step-by-step descriptions of errors;
- communicating with SAP support specialists by chat, correspondence and calls;
- learning new SAP features and explaining them to users in the unit.
Requirements
- user-level knowledge of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA;
- understanding of the system structure and the transactions of the inventory module;
- understanding of how procurement and inventory processes link together;
- ability to prepare step-by-step descriptions of operations with screenshots;
- confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace;
- ability to handle several tasks at once.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- three meals a day and military equipment provided;
- annual paid leave of up to 30 days as provided by law.
